3) What is the most challenging aspect of running the hotel?
The most difficult aspect is finding the time – time to spend with your guests, your team and still having the time to strategies and plan the vision and direction.
4) What are the professionally satisfying moments?
I have thoroughly enjoyed my career and my growth graph but I would like to say that first day in the capacity as a General Manger was a truly memorable moment for me.
5) You also have a kid. How do you strike the work/life balance?
I have a daughter who is 9 years old. I try and switch off from work when at home and play 'mom'. I spend time reading, playing with her or attending to her homework.
6) Do you think women can have it all a successful career and a loving family or do you think women have to make compromises along the way.
Yes, Definitely with support from the family and an organization that respects her work and life balance a woman can work around a healthy balance between work and family.
7) What would your message be to your daughter about being growing up to be a successful woman.
